Anwaltskooperation

SWKS  is a member of Anwaltskooperation, a European based network of German-speaking law firms that specialize in advising and representing clients on trade and distribution law. Trade law encompasses national and international economic law, in addition to corporate law, whereas distribution law regulates legal relations within agency contracts selling brokerage or franchising, among others. Anwaltskooperation was established in 1998 to guarantee clients of the European Economic Area (EEA) professional legal advice and competent representation in court. The regular meetings of Anwaltskooperation legal partner firms allow to maintain the highest level of knowledge and services by sharing experiences and discussing pending or recently closed cases, but also unpublished yet verdicts.
