Legal advisor Magdalena Kowalczuk-Szymańska
Graduated from the Maria Sklodowska-Curie University in Lublin in the Law and Administration Faculty. In the academic year 2006/2007 student of postgraduate studies in Corporate Law organized by the University of Warsaw. Legal counsel since 2008.
She specializes in preparing commercial contracts and conducting civil proceedings, particularly in the field of intellectual property rights. She has also successfully conducted proceedings on the protection of the collective consumer interests before the President of Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, including questioning by the aforementioned authority of rules of providing electronic services. She advises clients on matters relating to the competition.
She is a national expert for the Poland at International Distribution Institute in the field of franchising and author of a publication on copyright law and civil procedure.
She gained professional experience in one of Warsaw's leading law firms that she had been on an eight-year contract with.
Speaks Polish and English.
